Americana Without Borders

One month after releasing the lyric video for my demo 'The New World' (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bpPlfs7i7XQ), based on the decay of the so-called American Dream, I would like to take sometime to reflect on the genres that inspire me to write music, especially folk and americana. Fortunately, these two are gaining relevance in today's music, and have become almost as popular as they once were in the 1960's and 1970's. But, did you know that this genre has surpassed English-speaking borders?
